All deliverables were on time, within budget and of exceptional quality. The PM and technical support staff were professional and added great value to the overall project outcome. Contractor exemplified quality customer care throughout the performance of the task order. The contractor PM and staff communicated effectively with the customer and the Mobile District. Contractor provided exceptional cost control by implementing performance and cost measures to ensure exceedance of terms and conditions within the contractually agreed price. The Contractor provided technical support associated with misc. environmental compliance, as well as asbestos assessments. The Contractor incorporated innovative strategies for collecting and analyzing data associated with these programs. Through the use of these innovative strategies, the customer’s compliance program has been recognized as a leader in these compliance initiatives within the 81st RSC, the DoD and local communities.
